Be Prepared is a good Scout motto and one that applies to commercial and recreational boating. At Marine Electronics Center.com we help you be prepared for any marine emergency situation that might occur. We sell the newest technology in marine EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Rescue Beacons).
EPIRB units transmit a locating signal with an identifier serial number to monitoring satellites. The satellites then rebroadcast your unique location and identification. A homing signal also guides nearby searchers to your precise beacon location. Some of our EPIRB beacons also have GPS, to speed rescues.
We carry high quality EPIRB units manufactured by ACR. As usual we offer our discounted prices on all our marine equipment and EPIRB units.
