If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days from the time of original sale.
You agree to report product or order discrepancies or defects within 7 days of receipt of the item.
No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Products returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. To assure a credit is issued , all items must be returned in original / unused condition. All warranty cards, product manuals etc, must be in new, unaltered condition. Please do not tape or deface manufacturers original product package.
We will refund your original purchase price , we do not refund any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be given only after we receive & confirm the product is complete and in saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee ( unless the return is a result of our error )
If the product is defective, you must follow the manufacturers warranty policy. No refunds will be granted.
