Some manufacturers specify a Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) for their products. Marine Electronics Center is often able to sell products for LESS than the M.A.P. price! We are not able to directly advertise these prices on our site. If you see a M.A.P. product you are interested in, simply click on " Purchase Now " , add it to your cart to see your discounted price. Your can easily remove it from the cart if you decide not to purchase it.

 All our products are shipped from the warehouse by the next business day after you order, often it is even faster than that. All product is shipped from Continental U.S.A.

We make every effort to ensure all advertised products are in stock, however occasionally back orders to occur. You will be notified of any back order situations A.S.A.P.

$29.99 Fed Ex Ground for all Canadian deliveries ( approx 5 to 7 days )

Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped by  Air and will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a quote.

Any taxes, duties or customs charges inccured are the customer's sole responsibility.

All orders must be shipped to your authorized credit card billing address.

To ship your order, we will use the carrier of our choice. Delivery times typically vary between  2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the point of origin to destination.

You are responsable for providing an accurate shipping address during check-out.
 If you fail to provide an accurate shipping address, we have the right to charge you for any additional shipping and handling fees that we incur.

RETURN POLICIES

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days from the time of original sale.
Shipping charges for initial delivery and return delivery are non-refundable. ( unless the return is a result of our error )

You agree to report product or order discrepancies or defects within 7 days of receipt of the item.

No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Products returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. To assure a credit is issued , all items must be returned in original / unused condition. All warranty cards, product manuals etc, must be in new, unaltered condition. Please do not tape or deface manufacturers original product package.
Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition. ( Items that have been USED / INSTALLED will NOT be accepted )

 We will refund your original purchase price , we do not refund any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be given only after we receive & confirm the product is complete and in saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee ( unless the return is a result of our error )

 If the product is defective, you must follow the manufacturers warranty policy. No refunds will be granted.
 If assistance is needed in processing your warranty, please feel free to contact us.

 We cannot accept returns of any product with missing or altered serial numbers, service tags or UPC codes or that have been misused or tampered with.

 Include all original packing materials, manuals, software and accessories with the product.

Please note, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay for shipping charges if the item needs to be sent back.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it for you. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery you must follow these steps.

1. Contact Shipping Carrier for an inspection
2. Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc.
3. Shipping Carrier will inform you of what to do next.

TRUCK FREIGHT - All truck shipments are done on an F.O.B. basis. This means it is consigned to you once it leaves the warehouse facility. If a package is received in a damaged condition or if there is a shortage please follow these steps :

1. Call trucking company for an inspection
2. File a claim with the carrier for damage-they will handle it directly with you.

QUANTITY IN STOCK POLICY

Listed items may have fluctuating stock. Most items will be available and shipped on time.

As with any store : Items may be temporarily out of stock. On the rare occasion this occurs, you will have the option of a full refund or we will be happy to contact you when your selected item is back in stock.
